The team
Adam is the proud owner of E.A. Glass, a glass company that's been in business for over 29 years. A Gila Valley native, Adam embraced the opportunity to take the reins of a reputable company and bring a fresh perspective to it. His construction background and industry knowledge have driven changes that benefit the business, the team, and the surrounding community. Off the clock he's with family, working on his many vehicles, or out at the sand dunes.
Betta is Gila Valley's first female General Manager with over 15 years of glazing knowledge and employee relations under her belt. Her expertise spans auto glass, windows, storefronts and shower enclosures, on top of years managing stores for a nationwide retail chain. When she's away from work she enjoys time with her family, crafting, and the sunny Arizona outdoors.
Roy is our state-wide Lead Glazier with 30+ years in the glazing industry. He started in Marana, AZ working for a renowned contractor on the residential phase 1 of Dove Mountain, meant to assist one window job, he had such a knack for the trade that he was offered a full-time position after his first day. As his family grew he returned to his roots, raising his kids in the same area he was brought up in. He's been an E.A. Glass Team Leader for over 15 years. In his spare time, he enjoys scouting, hunting, fishing and cooking.
Valerie is the voice you hear when you call and the calm behind every schedule. She keeps E.A. Glass humming, quotes routed, insurance claims squared away, and techs dispatched to the right driveway at the right time. A Gila Valley local with a sharp memory for customer names and an even sharper eye on the calendar, Valerie spends her free time chasing her kids around, hunting deals at roadside flea markets, and perfecting her green-chile enchiladas.

Our flagship has served the Gila Valley from Thatcher since 1997. We recently acquired The Glass Shop in Holbrook so the High Country can get the same craftsmanship and satisfaction guarantee.
