No. In Arizona, you have the legal right to choose any licensed glass shop. Insurance reps may suggest 'their' shop, that's steering, and you can decline. EA Glass works with every major carrier and direct-bills them for you.

Will using EA Glass cost me more than the insurance network shop?

Almost never. Your out-of-pocket cost is your deductible (if any), regardless of shop. We bill your carrier at their agreed rate.

Will filing a windshield claim raise my rates?

Glass claims under comprehensive coverage typically do NOT affect your premium. In Arizona, full-glass coverage is available from many carriers with $0 deductible.

Do you handle the entire claim?

Yes. We get your policy info, file the claim with your carrier, secure approval, install the glass, and submit final paperwork. You don't lift a finger after the first phone call.

Some policies cover OEM, others only OEE. We'll explain the difference, what your policy covers, and let you decide if you want to pay the OEM upgrade out of pocket. No surprises.

Do I need ADAS recalibration?

Accepted Answer

If your vehicle has lane assist, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise, or a forward-facing camera, yes, and your insurance is required to cover it. We perform calibrations on-site.
